LEADERSHIP IN LIFE INSTITUTE (LILI)
The NAIFA New Mexico Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) is a program developed at the national level and executed at the state level to benefit NAIFA local associations and individual members. It is an intensive curriculum for personal growth, designed specifically to develop high-caliber association leaders. The Institute is built upon the conviction that excellent leadership is most often delivered by highly effective persons. Furthermore, the skills and techniques of leadership can be developed and enhanced in persons of high effectiveness. The coursework, developed by the NAIFA Leadership Development Task Force, is presented in six one-day sessions, over a six-month period.
LILI is a six-month leadership development course offered exclusively to NAIFA members. The curriculum includes creating a business plan, exploring tools to improve your practice and techniques to enhance interpersonal relationships – all for a fraction of the cost of other certificate programs.

There is a limit of (2) members from each local. Each class is limited to (14) total participants so you will want to submit your application and deposit early.
